Feng Shui Bureau: China, Japan, Shanghai, Lujiazui Feng Shui War
Shanghai Lujiazui, an area regarded as a Feng Shui treasure land, is closely related to the prosperity of the Huangpu River. The Huangpu River, a river that carries the breath of the dragon, has had a profound impact on the Feng Shui pattern of Lujiazui. Because of this, Lujiazui has formed a unique Feng Shui pattern of “surrounded by mountains and water, and surrounded by a jade belt”, thus becoming the prosperous core of Shanghai and even the entire East China region. The prosperity of Lujiazui has been evident since the end of the Qing Dynasty. Even after the end of feudal rule, it is still regarded as a golden land by businessmen. Before the construction of Shanghai Jinmao Tower started in 1999, China Jinmao Group specially invited a Feng Shui master to conduct a detailed survey. In the end, the Jinmao Tower was located at 88 Century Avenue, Pudong New Area, and the number of floors was set at 88. This number selection was obviously not accidental. In addition, the strokes of the two characters “Jinmao” are both 8. This carefully designed number is closely connected with the dragon energy of the Huangpu River, implying the promotion of Shanghai’s economic take-off. In terms of architectural form, the Jinmao Tower is cleverly divided into 13 sections. This design is not random, but deeply inspired by the rules of the number of floors of pagoda buildings. Every detail has been carefully deduced and designed to make full use of the dragon energy of the Huangpu River and help the continued prosperity of Shanghai’s economy.

With the increasing prosperity of Shanghai, the Feng Shui of Lujiazui has also attracted the attention of Japan. As early as a few years before the construction of Jinmao Tower, Japan had begun to plan to use the dragon energy of Lujiazui. They established Mori Building Co., Ltd. and worked together with a number of Japanese companies settled in Shanghai to jointly formulate a grand plan to build the Shanghai World Financial Center in Lujiazui. The design drawings given by Japan also appeared in everyone’s vision.
Shanghai World Financial Center cost 8.17 billion yuan, and the building is 492 meters high. In terms of physical height, as long as it is completed, it will be the tallest building in Asia at that time. The numbers 4, 9, and 2 each represent specific meanings. Japan’s goal is obviously to change the Feng Shui status of Lujiazui and make it lose the blessing of luck.
The cross-sections on both sides of the building are not like, but they are definitely the shape of Japanese swords.

One on the left and one on the right, the tip of the knife points straight into the sky. If that was all, people might be able to find some excuses to explain it. But the huge circular wind tunnel between the two sabers. The shape of the entire building is a whole “two swords holding up the sun”. And both of them are exactly the typical symbols of Japanese militarism.
For a time, the design of the building was controversial, and the public even proposed a “boycott”.
As the public’s voice grew louder, the Shanghai Municipal Government intervened in the matter. After communicating with Japanese companies, the Japanese side compromised and modified the drawings. But it happened that the Asian financial crisis broke out in 1997. Regardless of whether the design was changed or not, the building could not be built. The protests slowly subsided.
No one expected that this suspension of construction would last for a full 6 years. It was not until 2003 that Japan “made a comeback” with a brand new design drawing.

But it is said to be a new design, but in fact, it is almost the same whether it has been changed or not. In fact, the new design is more sinister. The original dome design was changed to the current inverted trapezoid. A Chinese Feng Shui master revealed the Japanese conspiracy. Unfortunately, the master was regarded as a threat by the Jiujiu School and suffered a thorough blow. Although the building was subsequently “fine-tuned”, the public’s doubts about the building have not been completely eliminated. The masters who understand Feng Shui understand that the evil Feng Shui layout of “steel knife evil” still exists. It not only hinders Shanghai’s fortune, but also leads to economic development stagnation and slow improvement of people’s living standards. Opposition voices were heard again from the people. But this time, the Japanese side was already prepared for an explanation.
The first circular wind tunnel was inspired by the “moon gate” in Chinese gardens.
The reason for changing it to a square one is also very simple. Don’t you Chinese people always say “the sky is round and the earth is square”?
Therefore, this time, the construction of the Shanghai World Financial Center never stopped.
It was not until 2007 that two strange things suddenly happened in the building that was about to be completed, which attracted attention again.
And these two things added a touch of weirdness to the subsequent events.
January 9, 2007.
A reporter from China Daily came to the construction site to take photos of the building under construction.
But as soon as he took out his camera, he saw a fierce man walking towards him.
The man looked fierce and shouted “No photos allowed”.
The reporter looked around and saw no signs prohibiting photography, so he continued to take two photos.
Unexpectedly, the man called several people from the construction site and beat him up.
Not only was the reporter beaten for several minutes, but the flash of his camera was also violently removed.
A few months later, on August 14, a strange fire suddenly broke out in the basically completed building.
The flames rushed from the 48th floor to the 75th floor, but fortunately no casualties were caused.
There is always an indescribable weirdness in these two things.
The building was about to be completed, so was there any need to fight over taking a couple of pictures?
The fire that spread over dozens of floors did not seem like an accident at all.

On August 29, 2008, the mysterious Shanghai World Financial Center was officially completed.
It was not until then that someone finally saw Japan’s true intention.
What “double swords supporting the sun” is all a trick!
Their purpose is to cut off the “dragon vein” of the Huangpu River!
What is more worrying is that after the impact of the US financial crisis, Shanghai even had an incident where the mayor was sent to prison. Chinese Feng Shui masters have discovered that in addition to the obvious “steel sword evil”, the building also hides the more dangerous “sky-slashing evil”, which is more difficult to detect because of its higher concealment.
Seeing this, I guess you have been confused.
What dragon vein, is it reliable?
Apart from other things, the dragon vein thing is indeed not groundless.
As early as the Ming Dynasty, there were ancient books recording that there were three dragon veins in China.
One starts from the Kunlun Mountains, passes through the Qilian Mountains and the Helan Mountains, and finally ends at the Greater Khingan Range and the Changbai Mountains.
One covers the Central Plains, south of the Yellow River and north of the Yangtze River.
One covers the south of the Yangtze River, and the Huangpu River is the last tributary of the dragon vein that flows into the East China Sea. The Huangpu River is not only a dragon vein, but also surrounds Shanghai, forming a “jade belt around the waist” pattern.
In Feng Shui, this pattern is a place where wealth is gathered, and it also makes Shanghai an economic center.
We all know that sharp objects such as scissors should not be pointed at us.
Because from the perspective of Feng Shui, sharp objects carry “evil spirits”.
The Japanese designed the two “sabers” over 400 meters long to cut off the dragon vein of the Huangpu River.
But the biggest problem now is that the Japanese have already set up the “swords”, but we can’t remove them.
On the one hand, the building has taken more than ten years to build since the construction started in 1997.
It is really unacceptable to demolish it for this reason.
On the other hand, perhaps there is indeed a problem with the Feng Shui of this building.

After realizing the seriousness of the problem, Chinese Feng Shui masters decided to start a long-lasting Feng Shui battle with the Jiujiu School…
With the strong support of the local government, the top Feng Shui masters in China, after several days of in-depth research and careful discussion, finally conceived and designed the unique Shanghai Tower. From a distance, the building looks like a tornado about to sweep in, revealing an awe-inspiring domineering aura. Its name is even more powerful – Xuanbing Sword.
In the eyes of Feng Shui masters, the Shanghai Tower not only symbolizes the majesty and power of China, but is also known as a 632-meter-long “magic sword”. This “magic sword” forms a sharp contrast with the 492-meter-high Japanese sword. It not only completely suppresses the financial building in terms of momentum, but also breaks the so-called “steel sword slashing the evil spirits” pattern, successfully resolving all kinds of bad luck caused by the severance of the Huangpu River dragon vein.
This critical transformation is due to the unique exterior design of the Shanghai Tower. It pioneered the world’s first “tornado aura” building, which cleverly corresponds to the sharp “blade” of the Financial Tower. When the “steel knife” falls, the tornado aura of the center building can easily resist its attack, ensuring the integrity of the dragon vein, so that the luck of the Lujiazui area can continue to be strong.
However, the construction of the Shanghai Tower was not a smooth road. In the early stage, the project was planned to be located in the Z3-2 plot in Lujiazui. After learning of this news, the Japanese Jiujiu faction attempted to obstruct it through various means, including uniting a number of foreign companies to put pressure on local departments and participate in the bidding for the plot. But compared with their anxiety and uneasiness, our team was more calm and determined.
Regardless of the purpose of the Japanese Jiujiu School, whether it was to build a cemetery or to protect some conspiracy, Chinese Feng Shui masters were not afraid and responded positively. In the end, the Z3-2 plot in Lujiazui was successfully won by a domestic developer. However, the Feng Shui master and the developer had a disagreement on the architectural style. Originally, the two sides planned to adopt a four-sided circular architectural style to resist the attack of the “Steel Knife Heaven Slashing Evil”. But the developer believed that this style was too bulky and unsightly in a prosperous area like Lujiazui. To make it more complicated, the construction of the Shanghai Tower itself was full of challenges. It not only had to resist attacks, but also cut off the dragon vein of the Huangpu River, which was obviously contrary to the original intention of the construction.
After a long period of research and discussion by Feng Shui masters, they finally came up with an innovative solution – the “Tornado Plan”. This plan not only successfully resolved the threat of the “Steel Knife Sky Slashing Evil”, but also cleverly utilized the terrain characteristics of Lujiazui, making the Feng Shui pattern of the entire area more stable.
Today, Jinmao Tower and Shanghai Tower have formed a three-legged situation in Lujiazui, which has completely changed the previous pattern. And between these three buildings, there is actually a silent contest between Feng Shui masters from China and Japan. It is gratifying that the Chinese team won this contest.
As a result, the Feng Shui pattern of Lujiazui has become more stable, and business development has become more prosperous. The Japanese may not have expected that their carefully laid out Feng Shui killers not only lost their original function
